The vehicle will travel 1,324 kilometers from Graz to Paris, where it will be globally unveiled at the Paris Motor Show on October 12. This journey aims to test the vehicle's charging capabilities, safety, and driving performance in real-world conditions.
The G9L is part of XPENG's strategy to expand in the European market, developed to global standards and undergoing a global validation program covering 26 countries over three years. It has completed extensive testing, including 192 crash tests.
The G9L combines advanced AI technologies with dynamic driving characteristics, making it a global model tailored for the European market. It will be manufactured at Magna's facility, which has a long-standing reputation for producing premium vehicles.
With this milestone, XPENG continues to solidify its presence in the European market, having delivered over 100,000 vehicles to date, including more than 60,000 in Europe.
